# Quantower Account

Create and manage your Quantower account to gain access to the platform’s paid features even for a trial period

Your Quantower account is part of how licensing works — it's what your paid licenses for Quantower and its add-ons are tied to.

You don't need an account to use the **free version** of Quantower — only for paid features.

The first time you open a paid feature, Quantower asks you to log in so it can confirm you have access. You can cancel and keep using the free tools, or log in to unlock the feature — which needs an account with a paid license bound to it.

## Creating an account

There are two ways to create one:

* Log in when Quantower prompts you inside the app, or
* Go to [https://accounts.quantower.com](https://accounts.quantower.com/) in your browser.

Either way, you'll land on the account login form.

After you submit the registration form, we'll email a verification link to the address you entered. Click it to finish setting up your account.

## Managing your account

Manage everything from your personal cabinet at <https://accounts.quantower.com/>. From there you can:

* see your active licenses,
* buy or renew licenses, and
* change your account details and password.

## Removing your account

Want your account removed? Just reach out to Quantower Support through any of the options on our [contact page](https://www.quantower.com/contact-us).

Quantower has no subscription fee: we don't run subscription-based billing for licenses. Anything you've bought stays available until its term ends, and nothing renews automatically — so you'll never be charged just for keeping your account around. And you can always go back to using Quantower for free.
